“Alleviate” means to reduce, ease, diminish and soothe, reflecting on the charity’s vision to help relieve suffering.

We purpose to host fundraising events and projects that fund aid to help alleviate distress for victims of trauma, poverty, medical conditions, misfortune or helplessness.

Alleviate Ltd. was established in 2017 in Brisbane, Australia, as a tribute to Stephen Nichol for his lifelong dedication to alleviating the distress too people stricken with poverty or disaster nationally and globally.  Together with other passionate people, we aim to continue to provide tangible ways of alleviating suffering and providing long-term solutions to relieve poverty.
